All C’SANTOS pieces purchased on csantos.com come with a 30-day calendar warranty applicable to manufacturing defects. This does not apply to damage caused by improper use or natural wear of the item.

Discounted items purchased on csantos.com are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Our return policy is up to 60 calendar days, only if the item is in perfect condition. Returns are processed as store credit for C’SANTOS.

*Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Our return policy for all C’SANTOS pieces purchased on csantos.com is up to 30 calendar days, only if the item is in perfect condition. Returns are processed either as store credit for C’SANTOS or a refund.
